*There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds on bridal, bridesmaids, eveningwear, undergarments, special occasions or accessories (shoes, jewelry, belts, scarves, veils, or purses). These sales are final. *

*For special circumstances, we will exchange shoes for the correct size. A $20 restocking fee applies. Contact our store immediately if any problems arise.

*Regular priced sportswear can be returned within 14 days of the date the merchandise is received by the customer. Please also indicate desired size and style if you would like to have your sportswear exchanged. We absolutely cannot accept merchandise that has been worn or washed. Returns will be promptly processed and payment in the amount of your purchase minus the shipping charge will either be credited to your card or account.

*Size charts for special orders are produced by the manufacturer. The final decision on size is yours. We can not be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control such as sizing, dye lot variations, and delays by the manufacturer, etc.

*Alterations are an additional charge.

*All exchanges must be post marked within 14 days of original shipping date received by customer on regular priced sportswear only.

*Shipping dates on web orders are estimated with your wearing date considered.

*Rush Fees may be added to receive your order on time.

*Sizes 18 and over are subject to an additional cost for women's sizes.

In Store Layaway Contract & Policies

Layaways and special orders are final sales. No exchanges, returns or refunds on wedding attire, undergarments, eveningwear, accessories, swimsuits, or sale merchandise. Refunds only with receipt on sportswear that has been purchased within the past two weeks.

*Bridal gown layaways are to be paid in full within six months of purchase date. All other layaways are three months and are to be paid in full from purchase date.

*Layaways must be paid in full by pick up date or additional 2% interest will be added to original total of layaway, with monthly interest added.

*Payments are due once a month, or 2% interest charge will be added.

*We are not responsible for delays beyond our control or variations in dye lotfrom the manufacturer.

*Sizes for special orders are based on size charts furnished by the manufacturers. The final decision on size is yours. We want to please you! Addtional charges apply on flowergirls sizes 10 and up, and women sizes 18 and up.

*There will be a $20 restocking fee on all special order exchanged shoes.

*Alterations are an addtional charge.

*Brides are responsible for balances on all wedding party accounts. Unpaid balances on these accounts will be charged to the Bride's account and credit card.

*Bride's when changing number of bridesmaids in your party, must be faxed or delivered in writing with signature.

*Free steaming once for bride, let us know the date to pick up at first alterations fitting.

*Shipping dates on special orders are estimated.

* Rush feeds may be added to receive your special order by wear date.
