Our Store Policies |
If you are not satisfied with your order, please return with tags
attached and a
brief note on the back of your sales receipt as to why you are not
satisfied with
your order. Please also indicate desired size and style if you would
like to have your purchase exchanged. We absolutely cannot accept
merchandise that has been worn or washed. Returns will be promptly
processed and payment in the amount of your purchase minus the
shipping charge will either be credited to your card or account. All
exchanges must be post marked within 21 days of original shipping
date.
There are no returns on bridal, bridesmaids, eveningwear,
undergarments or accessories. These sales are final. There is a $10
restocking fee on all returned shoes.
