Return Policy: Returns are only accepted on regular priced clothing items. These items can be returned for a full credit card refund or can be exchanged for other sizes, merchandise, or store credit. This does not include clearance or layaway items. Clothing items must be returned in the original packaging within 14 days of the package being received. We absolutely cannot accept merchandise that has been worn or washed or that is returned after the 14 day return date. These packages will be refused at the customer's expense. Returns will be promptly processed and payment in the amount of your purchase minus the shipping charge (even if shipping is free) will either be credited to your card or customer account. Clearance Merchandise can only be exchanged. NO REFUNDS!!!! No additional discounts apply to clearance merchandise! PreOrdered Styles Can be Exchanged Only. Layaway Items can also only be exchanged.

Returns are accepted USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

We can exchange clothing for other sizes or styles. Please indicate desired size and style if you would like to have your clothing exchanged on the receipt inside your package.
- There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds on:
- bridal gowns
- bridesmaid dresses
- eveningwear / prom or homecoming dresses
- special occasion gowns
- flowergirl dresses
- accessories (shoes, jewelry, purses, scarves, hats, belts, luggage, etc).
These sales are final.
- For special circumstances, we will exchange shoes for the correct size. A $10 restocking fee applies. Contact our store immediately if any problems arise.
- Size charts for special orders are produced by the manufacturer. The final decision on size is yours. We can not be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control such as sizing, dye lot variations, and delays by the manufacturer, etc. Make sure the size you order is the size you want.
- Alterations are an additional charge.
- All exchanges and returns must be post marked within 14 days of original shipping date on regular priced clothing only.
- By placing this order RoseTree can send promotional texts or emails relevant to items interested in to phone and email provided.
- Shipping dates on web orders are estimated with your wearing date considered.
- Rush Fees may be added to receive your order on time.
- Sizes 18 and over are subject to an additional cost for women's sizes.

TERMS OF SALE
This agreement is between you, the undersigned buyer (sometimes referred to herein as "Buyer" or "you") and The Rose Tree Boutique, Inc. (sometimes referred to herein as "we" and "Seller"). By signing below, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions of sale between you and Seller.
Christmas Return Policy
Christmas gifts can be exchanged for merchandise of equal or greater value or store credit until Jan 8, 2017. Must have receipt and tags attached. No refunds.
General Terms of Sale
You hereby agree that the above manufacturer, brand, style, color and size are correct. All special order sales are final. In the event that we accept an exchange of special order shoes, a restocking fee may be charged. No exchanges or refunds shall be issued on wedding attire, undergarments, eveningwear, accessories, swimsuits or sale merchandise and all such merchandise is being sold and accepted as is. Refunds shall be only issued on sportswear with a copy of a register receipt or this document indicating a purchase date within the previous fourteen days. All sizes for special orders are based upon size charts provided by the manufacturer. You are responsible for choosing the size but we will assist in providing measurements and other services. There may be additional charges for women's sizes 18 and up and you will be responsible for any such charges.
Any alterations will incur additional fees and charges. You hereby acknowledge that we do not directly provide alterations. If alterations are required, you may obtain your own alterations or we will obtain alteration services through an affiliate. In such event, we are not responsible for alteration disputes and, should an alteration dispute arise, you must resolve the dispute with the affiliate. In addition, if you ask us to assist you in obtaining alterations on your behalf, you must pay at least fifty percent (50%) of the purchase price on such item before we will obtain alterations.
In the event that your account is in default, we reserve the right to refuse delivery of the purchased goods until the account is satisfied in full.
In the event that you elect to layaway the purchased goods, the purchase shall also be subject to the terms of our installment contract and security agreement. In such event, deposits made on accounts in default may be forfeited so please read the security agreement carefully. All layaway items can be exchanged for online customers only. No Refunds.
Any change in the number of bridesmaids must be in writing.
In the event that you are not taking delivery of the purchased goods on the order date, the estimated pickup date shall be 3 or 5 months (Bridal Gowns Only) from purchase date.. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control or for variations in dye lot or color by the manufacturer. All shipping dates on special orders are estimated. Any rush requests will incur rush fees/upgraded shipping fees in order to attempt to obtain your special order by the wear date.
The laws of the State of West Virginia shall govern this transaction and the parties hereto. Any term or provision contained in this document which is prohibited by law will be ineffective only to the extent of such prohibition and will not invalidate the other provisions.
Buyer agrees to pay to Seller the sales price in accordance with the terms specified herein. In the event Buyer makes a payment by check, draft or order that is not paid or is dishonored by the depository institution on which it was drawn, Buyer shall pay to Seller a bad check fee of $25.00.
No warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or other warranties, express or implied, representations, promises or statements as to the condition or fitness of the property have been made by seller and are hereby waived to the extent permissible under West Virginia law.
